These terms govern access to Hermes, Hermes Web, Hermes Sense and the related public support and legal pages.
1. Product scope
Hermes is a private messaging product that may include chats, groups, channels, stories, calls, linked devices, optional privacy layers and intelligence features. Product surfaces may expand or tighten as the product is hardened.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Hermes to violate law, abuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access or upload harmful content or malware through the platform.
3. Availability and evolving surfaces
Some areas of Hermes may be controlled rollout or evolving functionality, including Ghost Mode, Hermes Sense, Hermes Web or Wallet features. Availability and limits can change as the product is stabilized.
4. Hermes Sense and generated output
Hermes Sense aims to be useful and grounded, but responses may still be incomplete or mistaken. It should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial or safety advice.
5. Account and device responsibility
You are responsible for protecting device access, credentials and any recovery material associated with your account or Wallet features.
6. Support and suspension
Hermes may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary for service integrity, security or legal compliance. Support is available through the support page or email.
