Data deletion
Hermes provides a direct account deletion route. If you can sign in to the account, use the deletion form below to complete the request without email or manual support.
Delete an account directly
What can be deleted
- The Hermes account associated with your credentials.
- Active sessions, push tokens, linked-device state and provider links where present.
- Server-side profile identity, which is anonymized after deletion.
Retention limits
Hermes may retain narrow records only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling or abuse investigation. Those records are not used to keep the deleted account active.
Meta-compatible callback
Platform callback requests can still use /meta_data_deletion_callback.php and receive a
confirmation URL. That callback is separate from the direct user deletion form.
