Delete your Hermes account
You can delete your Hermes account directly from this page with the same credentials you use in the app. This does not require emailing support, creating another account, or waiting for manual customer service.
Direct account deletion
Sign in, type the confirmation phrase, and Hermes will revoke active sessions and anonymize the account server-side.
What happens next
- Hermes revokes account sessions, push tokens, linked devices and provider links where present.
- The account identity is anonymized so the same credentials no longer sign in.
- Some security, abuse-prevention or legal records may be retained only when required.
- Local app data on a device can still be removed by deleting the app from that device.
