  • Hermes version or build number if visible.
  • Whether the issue affects chats, calls, linked devices, Ghost Mode, Hermes Sense, channels, stories or verification.
  • Whether the issue is persistent or intermittent, and the steps that trigger it.

Privacy or deletion requests

Account deletion is self-service at Delete Hermes Account and does not require contacting support. Hermes also publishes dedicated data deletion instructions for Meta-compatible flows.
