FAQ
What is Hermes?
Hermes is a private messaging product with chats, groups, channels, stories, linked devices, calls, premium settings and Hermes Sense.
What is Ghost Mode?
Ghost Mode is an optional conversation-level privacy layer. It can reduce message views, clarify visible signals and prefer nearby foreground transport when available. It is not marketed as perfect invisibility.
Does Hermes support linked devices?
Yes. Hermes Web and linked sessions follow the same trusted-device model with QR linking and revoke controls.
Does Hermes support groups and channels?
Yes. Hermes includes groups, channels, broadcast lists and starred messages as part of the current product surface.
What is Hermes Sense?
Hermes Sense is the intelligence layer inside Hermes for drafting, summaries, explanation, reading, voice and file analysis.
Does Hermes Sense read all my chats?
No. It keeps its own local thread and memory. Conversation context is brought in deliberately instead of being silently ingested.
Does Hermes support calls?
Yes. Hermes supports voice and video calls in a separate real-time lane that remains distinct from Hermes Sense and Ghost Mode.
Can I verify my account?
Hermes supports account verification flows, including email and SMS verification where the service is enabled.
How do I get access or support?
Use the Access or Support page, or email escritura.artilugios-0q@icloud.com.
