Data deletion instructions

If you want Hermes to delete data associated with your account or a connected surface, use the route below. Hermes keeps the process deliberate so privacy is protected before anything irreversible is removed.

What you can request

  • Deletion of the Hermes account associated with your email or identifier.
  • Deletion of support data or records tied to a previous request, where that is legally possible.
  • Clarification about which server-side data Hermes currently needs to operate your access.

How to submit a request

  1. Email escritura.artilugios-0q@icloud.com with the subject line Hermes data deletion request.
  2. Include the account email, phone number or other identifier associated with the Hermes account you want reviewed.
  3. If the request relates to linked devices, support conversations or another specific surface, mention that clearly so Hermes can scope the deletion correctly.

Identity verification

Before available irreversible deletion, Hermes may ask for enough information to verify that the request really comes from the account holder or an authorized person. This is done to protect private messaging, linked-device state and support records from unauthorized removal.

available time

Hermes aims to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and typically completes routine cases within 30 days. If the request is broader, incomplete or needs additional identity checks, Hermes may need a little longer and will explain what is still required.

What may be retained temporarily

Some categories of data may be retained for a limited period where that is necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce platform security, prevent fraud or investigate abuse. Hermes keeps any such retention narrower than the request itself.

How Hermes confirms the result

Once the request has been reviewed, Hermes will confirm the outcome through the same support channel or a comparable verified contact path. If a Meta-compatible callback is involved, Hermes can also issue a request identifier and status URL for that submission.
