Calls and presence
Voice and video calls stay on their own real-time path, with linked presence, cleaner recovery and settings that explain route and delivery state.
Linked devices
Hermes Web and device sessions use QR linking, trusted device controls and immediate revoke instead of a detached browser account model.
Ghost Mode
Ghost Mode is optional per conversation. It can protect message views, clarify visible read behavior, strengthen ephemeral policy and prefer nearby foreground delivery when both sides are compatible.
Storage, notifications and themes
Hermes includes storage visibility and cleanup controls, notification privacy options, power saver behavior and theme customization that stays coherent across the app.
Hermes Sense
Hermes Sense is a local-first intelligence layer for drafting, reading, summaries, file analysis and voice interaction. Connected assist is explicit and optional.
Verification and recovery
Hermes supports account verification flows, including email and SMS verification where enabled, plus account support and deletion paths.
