Non-custodial responsibility
Hermes does not custody the HRM wallet. The recovery phrase is the wallet credential. If it is lost or exposed, Hermes may be unable to recover or protect the wallet.
Operational terms
HRM is a non-custodial on-chain lane inside Hermes.
HRM is provided as a narrow payment flow, not as investment advice, custodial storage or a promise of market support. Always verify the active network and funding path shown by Hermes before moving value.
No economic promise
Hermes does not promise liquidity, price support or market access simply by exposing HRM. Economic value depends on the deployed network, available liquidity and the market path configured outside the app.
Availability
Refresh speed, history quality, RPC connectivity and market conditions can change over time. Hermes may pause, adjust or remove parts of the flow if the environment is not safe to use.
Operational limits
- Base Mainnet transfers are irreversible once broadcast.
- RPC availability may affect refresh speed, history and broadcasting.
- Explorer availability is external to Hermes.
- Liquidity, verification and production key management remain external operational prerequisites.
